Instructions:

For the orange loaf, cream butter, salt, vanilla sugar, orange juice and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the egg and the egg yolk.

Then stir in the flour. Pipe the biscuits onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake slowly at 120 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes.

Place 2 of the individual biscuits together with jam and spread melted chocolate over them.

Let the chocolate on the orange loafs dry before eating.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, you can also dip the orange loaves completely in chocolate.
