For the orange tiramisu, mix the mascarpone with the curd cheese and the juice of one orange until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to taste. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream. Fillet 2 oranges.

Line a square baking pan with plastic wrap. Mix the juice of half an orange with the Cointreau.

Briefly dip the biscuits into the mixture and line the bottom of the mold with them. Spread the mascarpone cream and place orange fillets on top.

Alternate the orange cream, biscotti and orange fillets. Finally, cover with ladyfingers.

Leave to infuse for at least 2-3 hours, preferably overnight. Turn out of the mold and cut the orange tiramisu into slices.
