Instructions:

In a large frying pan, toast the mince in the hot oil until brown and crumbly. Season with salt and enough coriander. Add paradeis pulp and crushed chili pepper. Add apricots cut into strips, grated carrots and raisins to the minced form. Fold in long grain rice and add clear soup. Steam everything in the closed frying pan for about ten minutes. If necessary, add a little more clear soup. Season rice pan with salt, coriander and perhaps aniseed schnapps. Sprinkle with chopped coriander leaves or parsley if desired.
