For the Paleo bread, first preheat the oven to 150 degrees. To heat, place an ovenproof dish with water on the bottom rack in the oven.

Line a loaf pan with baking paper and brush the sides thinly with coconut oil.

Meanwhile, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, combine egg yolks and cashew butter in another bowl. Add almond milk, honey, coconut flour, baking soda, sea salt and vinegar.

Fold two tablespoons of beaten egg whites into the mixture and stir until it is nice and smooth. Finally, gently fold in the remaining beaten egg whites a little at a time.

Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake the bread in the oven for about 45 minutes, until it is nice and crispy and golden brown. (Toothpick test)

After baking, allow the bread to cool slightly, remove from the pan and continue to cool.

Preparation Tip:

Let the Paleo bread cool for a good 1 hour before serving.
