Rinse the papaya, then cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds with a spoon and brush the flesh with the juice of one lemon.

Gently warm the jelly in a small pan until it becomes liquid. Set aside.

Whip the half cream until stiff. Stir into the yogurt with the vanilla sugar. Fill the cream into the papaya halves. Top each with half of the jelly and use a toothpick to tuck it onto the crem. Serve immediately.
