Cut the Parma ham into thin strips. Finely dice the onions, clean the peppers and cut them into 1 cm cubes.

Make the spaghetti in boiling hot salted water according to the package instructions.

Sauté the diced onions and peppers in a frying pan in 4 tbsp olive oil. Add ajvar, salt and pepper, pour in vegetable soup and add a dash of whipped cream. Add the ham as well.

Mix the eggs with the whipped cream.

Drain the spaghetti, keeping a little of the cooking water. Add the noodles to the sauce form, and perhaps stir with the cooking water until smooth. Add the egg-whipped cream mixture and the Parmesan to the skillet, stir through. Do not make more.

Bring to the table sprinkled with pepper.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give a wonderful touch to your dish!
