Peel the parsnips and cut into one cm cubes, cook in a closed saucepan for about 20 minutes with vegetable soup at a low temperature, stir through flour and milk with a whisk, add to the saucepan, let it bubble up and stir until a creamy sauce is formed.

Season and bring to the table garnished with parsley.

Serve with sesame potatoes from the oven: clean the potatoes thoroughly, rub dry, do not remove the skin, cut in half and season with salt, grease a baking tray with sunflower oil or other vegetable oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, place the halved potato halves with the cut surface on the tray and bake in the oven at 200 °C for 40 minutes.
