Instructions:

Heat the milk and liquefy the butter in it. Put the flour in a suitable bowl and make a dent in the center. Pour in the lukewarm butter-milk mixture and let the yeast melt in it, add sugar and salt. Knead everything together to a dough. Leave the dough to rise in a warm place for one hour.

For the filling, grate the Emmental cheese, mix the Brie cheese with the Feta cheese and the layered cheese in a hand mixer, add the Emmental cheese and the egg. Prepare everything into a creamy mixture and refrigerate.

Knead the yeast dough heartily and roll it out to a square of 40 cm edge length. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on top. Wrap the corners of the square to the center. Brush the bread with water and sprinkle with the sunflower seeds, pressing the seeds smooth.

Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in the cold oven form. Switch to 175 degrees and bake for about an hour (gas: 3-4, convection: not recommended). Cool the bread a little bit, cut it open and bring it to the table.
