For the pasta in porcini sauce, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente and strain. Keep some of the pasta water. Clean the porcini mushrooms, cut away any bitten pieces and then cut into bite-sized pieces.

Chop the onion and herbs. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add mushrooms and sauté. Dust with some flour and add some pasta water.

Add the whipped cream and season to taste with the spices and herbs.
