Instructions:

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic.

Mash tuna with a fork, chop tomatoes. Keep the juice.

Add tuna and tomatoes with juice to onions, add sour cream and season with salt and pepper.

Warm the sauce, do not boil it anymore and mix it with the pasta.

Serve the pasta with tuna sauce as hot as possible.

Preparation Tip:

If you like, add grated Parmesan cheese. Refine the dish still with fresh herbs, for a better flavor.
