Instructions:

For the peach pie, drain the peaches in a sieve. Prepare a batter from the ingredients for the batter using a hand mixer or food processor.

Pour the batter into a silicone fruit baking dish (26 cm) and smooth it out. Place the peach halves on the dough. Knead the crumble from the remaining ingredients and spread it on the cake.

Bake in a convection oven at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes. (Cooking test with a wooden stick)
