Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain.

Wash the herbs, pluck them from the stems and cut them into fine strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Slice the Parmesan cheese.

Heat the olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic in it until not too dark. Add the herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Then toss the penne in it, remove and serve.
