Instructions:

First cook penne in salted water until al dente.

Peel the garlic cloves and chop finely. Cut bacon into cubes and fry in a little olive oil together with the garlic.

Crush the chili peppers and add them, quickly pour in the tomato sauce and let everything boil well.

Lift the cooked penne directly from the pasta water into the tomato sauce with a slotted spoon and let it boil through again.

Season with cayenne pepper, freshly ground sea salt, pepper and the chopped parsley.

Cut tomatoes into very fine cubes and mix in together with a dash of best olive oil.

Sprinkle the Penne all’Arrabbiata with freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste.

Preparation Tip:

If the sauce all'Arrabbiata boils down too much, simply pour on some pasta water.
