Instructions:

Peel and finely chop the onion. Grate the cheese.

Cook pasta in enough boiling salted water for about 12 minutes al dente. Then strain and drain.

Heat fat. Cook onion in it. Add flour and sauté. Pour in milk and water while stirring. Deglaze with soup and cook on low heat for about 6 minutes.
