Sauté the onion in olive oil, add finely chopped garlic. Add the tomato pulp and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Stir in Rama Cremefine, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
Fold in the penne cooked in salted water until al dente.
Serve with the caper berries and diced feta.
