Instructions:

Cut the garlic into thin slices and sauté lightly in a little olive oil. Pour in tomato sauce, stir in whipped cream and add the butter. Boil down the sauce well. Add the finely chopped chili pepper, the skinned salsicce cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces and the pea pods and cook briefly. Season with freshly ground sea salt and pepper. Lift the penne cooked al dente in boiling salted water directly from the pasta water into the prepared sauce with a slotted spoon. Finely chop the parsley and stir into the penne together with the freshly grated Parmesan.
