Instructions:

First, cook the penne in salted water.

Finely chop the onion and fry in olive oil until golden brown. Then add the finely chopped peppers.

Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices and fry in the pan. After about ten minutes also add the finely chopped cocktail tomatoes and spices (salt, pepper, a little bouillon cube) and the water.

Finally, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley. Mix in the cooked penne and serve.
