For the pesto pretzel, first line a baking tray with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

Roll out the pizza dough and cut it lengthwise into 3 strips. Pull each strip apart a bit or roll it out to make it longer and thinner. Spread with pesto and roll lengthwise to make 3 rolls.

Shape each roll into a pretzel on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and place the pesto pretzels in the oven for about 15 minutes (or according to package directions).
