First prepare the yeast dough for the pizza rolls. For the yeast dough, dig a small pit in the flour and crumble the yeast into it. Spread sugar and salt on yeast and empty 1 tablespoon of water into the pit.
Then add milk and water and mix well with a dough hook. If the dough is too sticky, add some more flour.
Let yeast dough rise for about 20 minutes in a warm place. Divide the dough into about eight parts and shape into patties. Brush these with tomato paste and top with the desired ingredients. Place in the oven at 170 °C for about 20 minutes.
