For the pizza rolls, knead spelt flour with yeast, salt, pizza seasoning and water into a dough until the dough comes away from the bowl.

Cover the dough in a bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place – there should be no draft – for about 1 hour. Press garlic and mix with olive oil to form a paste.

Knead the dough again and form about 8-10 balls. Place dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten slightly and brush with the garlic paste.

Let the pizza rolls rise again for about 20 minutes and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
