For the pizza waffles, first whisk milk, flour and eggs well, add salt and pepper and pizza seasoning. Let stand a little so that the flour can swell.
Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it in as well. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes as small as possible and stir them into the mixture as well. Then bake in batches in a hot waffle iron until light brown pizza waffles.

Serve pizza waffles for brunch or as a snack. It goes well with dip or salad.
