Try this delicious cake recipe:

1 pk. poppy seed cake (e.g. Schwartau) 1,Untreated traded orange, of which,only the the the grated peel breadcrumbs for for for the mold whipped cream, powdered sugar erzucker

whip to a thick cream.

Stir in the grated orange peel, cognac and orange flavoring and the vanilla sugar. Freeze the poppy seeds for 2 hours, then grind in an almond grinder.

If using the poppy seed batter, simply stir the contents of the bag into the egg mixture. Finally, gently mix in the nuts. Combine flour and baking powder, fold into the foam mixture form, stir well.

Whip the egg whites with salt until stiff. Add the remaining sugar, whip until glossy. Fold into the batter, pour into a greased baking dish.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, bake cake on the lowest rack for 1 hour. When cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.

You can use for this cake a Frankfurter-Kranz-geben or a small cup cake pan.
