Try this delicious cake recipe:
Knot sugar, flour, fat, egg, lemon zest, 1 pinch of salt, baking mix and rum flavoring with mixer. Wrap in plastic wrap, refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll out on floured surface until 3 mm thin. Cut out different shapes from them, place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake in a heated oven.
Circuit: 180 to 200 , 2nd sliding rack v. U. 160 to 180 , convection oven approx.

Cooling. Mix powidl and 2 tsp juice of one lemon. Coat half of the cookies with powidl. Let dry for 20 min., place the 2nd half on top.
Melt the minced cooking chocolate in a hot water bath. Mix powdered sugar, 3 tsp. juice of one lemon and food coloring. Fill cooking chocolate and icing into small bags. Decorate cookies with cooking chocolate or icing. Set.
