Instructions:

Season the pork wangerln with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, fry Wangerln in it on both sides. Remove from the frying pan and set aside. Fry vegetable cubes in the frying residue until golden brown. Extinguish with red wine and water, place Wangerln repeatedly in the frying pan. Add garlic, rosemary and caraway seeds. Cook for about 30 minutes in a 200 °C oven. Remove cooked Wangerln from juice and keep warm. Drain the juice and thicken with a little flour.

Mix long grain rice with QimiQ and egg, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg (freshly grated). Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pork buns in it.

Heat the pork buns briefly in the sauce and arrange on plates with the buns.
