Instructions:

For the pork medallions wrapped in bacon, season the pork steaks with a pinch of salt and pepper and then cut into pieces of about 5 cm.

Wrap the sides of the cut medallions with 1 slice of bacon and then sear them in the pan. While the medallions are frying in the pan, divide the cooked beans into packets of 5 and wrap each with 1 slice of bacon.

Place the polenta in a pot with about 1/2 quart of boiling water and stir quickly. Add a dash of milk, whipped cream, Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste!

Finally, fry the bean packets briefly in the pan. Serve hot.

Preparation Tip:

Instead of polenta dumplings, you can also serve ribbon noodles or potatoes with the pork medallions wrapped in bacon.
