First boil potatoes, let cool and peel. Then press through or grate.
Knead with curd cheese, egg and yolk, powdered sugar and flour to a smooth dough.
Form small loaves and fry in clarified butter in a pan until golden brown.
Drain briefly on paper towels and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Preparation Tip:
Serve with compote or mush of your choice with the loaves.
