For the potatoes with curd, first wash the potatoes well and cut them in half. Put them in a pot of water, add salt and boil the potatoes including the skin.

Mix curd cheese with sour cream and fresh herbs. Finely chop the garlic. Heat butter in a pan and fry garlic briefly. Mix garlic into the mixture.

Put the cooked potatoes on a plate (the potatoes stay in their skins) and serve together with the curd mixture.
