Peel the pumpkin and cut into cubes. Heat Rama Culinesse in a pot and sweat the pumpkin cubes in it.
Then fill up with 3/4 l water, stir in KNORR Kaiser Teller Eierschwammerl Suppe, bring to the boil and simmer gently for 5 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 °C.
Cut young onion into fine rings, garlic and smoked meat into small cubes and mix everything in a bowl. Place strudel dough sheets on top of each other and cut into nine equal squares. Place a spoonful of the smoked meat mixture in the center of the squares, brush the corners with melted margarine, fold the squares together. Place the pastries on a baking tray with baking paper, brush again with margarine and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Whip the cream until semi-stiff. Pour the soup into plates, garnish with cream and fresh herbs.
Preparation Tip:
Replace selch meat with coarsely grated and well squeezed zucchini.
