Instructions:

For the pumpkin bread casserole, first grease a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices. Finely chop the chives and parsley. Drain the corn and let it drain. Cut the baguette into thin slices (about 1/2-1 cm thick). Coarsely grate the cheese.

Sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent.

Cover the bottom of the baking dish with baguette slices. Sprinkle half of the onion and corn on top. Then spread half of the squash on top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Layer the second half of the ingredients on top in the same order.
