Instructions:

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.

Lightly sweat the onion in a pan, add the pumpkin cubes and continue to steam for about 5 minutes.

Season with grated nutmeg and curry powder and add soup, milk, whipping cream, chia seeds, orange juice and zest.

Simmer for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, peel the apple, grate finely and mix into the soup.

At the end puree the pumpkin soup and season with salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
