For the pumpkin marzipan cookies, knead a dough from all the ingredients and refrigerate for a few hours.
Roll out the dough, cut out with any cookie cutters and place on a baking sheet and pre-bake at 160° for about 7-8 minutes. Roll out the marzipan, cut out the marzipan 2-3mm thin with the same cookie shapes and place on the pre-baked cookies.
Bake at 160° for about 5 minutes. If you like, you can also double the cookies, i.e. spread with jam and put a marzipan cookie on a plain (without marzipan) cookie (this version of the pumpkin-marzipan cookies is juicier).
Preparation Tip:
If you like, you can dip half of the pumpkin marzipan cookies in liquid chocolate to finish.
