For the pumpkin meatballs, heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion in it.
Mix all the ingredients together well and form small loaves from the mixture.
Place the pumpkin-meat loafs on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

It goes best with salad. The pumpkin meatballs also taste very good cold.
