Instructions:

Mix flour, milk, water, yolks and melted butter to make a smooth pancake batter. Then bake thin pancakes in a little oil and let them cool on a cling film. Meanwhile, mix the pumpkin puree with the remaining ingredients and season to taste. Then spread on the pancakes and roll them up. Wrap first with cling film and then with aluminum foil and twist in at the ends. Cook either in simmering water or in a steamer for about 12 minutes.
