For the toast rolls, preheat the oven to 160 °C hot air. Place the toast on a baking tray. Cut the toast ham into fine strips and then into cubes. Wash and dice the bell peppers.
Finely chop the cucumbers. Put everything in a bowl, stir in egg and crème fraiche and season with salt, pepper, herb salt and possibly herbs.
Then spread on the toast slices and bake for about 15 minutes.
Preparation Tip:
Instead of toast rolls, you can make this with brown bread or stale rolls. Great when unannounced guests come or you do not have much at home.
