Coat muffin tins with Kronenöl Spezial with fine butter flavor and dust with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (top and bottom heat).

Sift together the flour and baking powder. Beat the eggs with the sugar and then mix with the milk and the Kronenöl Spezial with fine butter flavor. Mix in the flour and baking powder mixture. Finally, mix in the raspberries.

Pour the mixture into the prepared muffin cups until about 4 mm below the rim and bake on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool for 10 minutes, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

You can also replace the raspberries with other berries.
