For the raw vegetable salad, peel onion and chop finely. Peel celery and grate coarsely. Wash apple, cut into quarters, remove core and grate as well. Mix onion, apple and celery and sprinkle with the juice of one lemon.

Soak the raisins in a little water. Coarsely chop walnuts.

Season sour cream and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise with salt, sugar and pepper and marinate the raw vegetable salad with it.

Add drained raisins and walnuts and mix well.

Allow the salad to marinate for a while.

Cut the cress into small pieces, rinse briefly, shake dry and sprinkle over the raw vegetable salad.

Preparation Tip:

Celery stalks and carrots also do well in this raw salad!
