Make the wild rice in enough salted water for 40 min, drain and quench when cooled. Stir a vinaigrette from the juice of one lemon, crème fraîche, mayo and brine and season heartily with the spices. Mix the tomatoes, crab meat, long grain rice and dill with it and let it stand for 1 hour. Season one more time before serving.
