Cut the crackers and cheese into strips. Peel and finely chop the onion and cut the cucumbers into half slices.
Now mix a marinade of vinegar, oil, pepper and salt.
Mix the crackers, cheese, onion and cucumbers well with the marinade. If necessary, let it infuse before serving.
Sprinkle with a little chopped parsley.
