For the sesame wafers, mix wheat flour, coarse meal, half of the sesame seeds, dry yeast, salt, melted butter, milk, eggs and honey to a not too thin but still liquid dough.
Let rise for about 20-30 minutes. Preheat waffle iron, grease and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Pour the batter in with a ladle.
Bake the waffles for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
