For the tenderloin in herb sauce, cut the tenderloin into small bite-sized pieces.
Sauté and add plenty of water so that the pieces are almost covered with water.
Stir in Cremefine and the cream. If it is too liquid, dust with a little flour.
Stir in the freshly chopped herbs and simmer with the lid on low for about 10 minutes. Serve the tenderloin in herb sauce.

As a side dish to the tenderloin in herb sauce are very good gnocchi or rice.
