For the sour cream mousse, first mix the sour cream, crème fraîche and powdered sugar until smooth.

Then soak the gelatine in cold water.

Heat the lemon juice, squeeze out the gelatine and dissolve it in the lemon juice.

Now stir the dissolved gelatine into the sour cream mixture and mix in the grated lemon zest.

Whip the whipped cream until semi-stiff and also whip the egg whites with the sugar until creamy but firm and fold both into the sour cream mixture.Pour into a bowl and cover and let set in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
