For the spelt poppy seed dumplings, beat the spelt flour with the eggs, a pinch of salt and about 300 ml of water to a soft dough, then boil salted water in a pot. Put the mixture on a wet or oiled board and scrape smaller dumplings into the hot salt water with a palette or knife.
