For the savory avocado cheesecake, first line a springform pan with baking paper and grease the edges. Soak the gelatine in water.

Melt the butter. Finely crumble the bread and nachos and mix them with the butter (possibly in a blitz chopper). Spread on the bottom of the springform pan.

Peel garlic and finely chop or press. Peel the avocados, remove the pit and chop the flesh.
