Instructions:

For the spinach dumplings with bell pepper sauce, chop the spinach, finely chop the onion and fry in a little oil. Whisk warm milk with egg. Mix spinach, bread cubes, warm egg-milk and let it steep.

Add onion, nutmeg and salt, also add flour so that a compact mass is formed. Form dumplings from the mass and boil in salted water for about 15 minutes.

For the bell pepper sauce, steam peppers in water until soft, strain the peppers and puree. Press garlic and mix in, season with salt and pepper. Arrange the spinach dumplings with paprika sauce and serve.
