For the strawberry cream with leftover cocoa cake, whip the whipped cream until stiff. Stir the uncooled QimiQ until smooth. Add the mascarpone, sugar and lemon juice and mix well.

Set aside 6 strawberries for decoration, purée the remaining strawberries. Stir 2/3 of them into the cream. Fold in 2/3 of the whipped cream.

Place cake remnants on the bottom of the glass, spread strawberry cream on top and let cool slightly in the refrigerator.

Mix remaining strawberry puree with strawberry liqueur and pour over strawberry cream. Garnish with last third of whipped cream and strawberry pieces.

Chill the strawberry cream with leftover cocoa cake again until serving.
