Strawberry Cream with Snowballs

Whip the egg whites together with the salt until very stiff. Mix exactly with the powdered sugar. Bring about 1 liter of water to a boil and cut off balls of egg white with a spoon and set in the boiling water.

Transfer to a sieve and cool.

Crush the strawberries together with the sugar in a hand mixer. Mix well with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a large enough bowl and garnish with the snowballs and a few strawberries.
