Instructions:

For stuffed chicken breast fans on spinach leaves, slice the mozzarella. Wash and dry spinach leaves. Chop coarsely if necessary. Finely chop the garlic clove.

Cut the cleaned chicken breasts several times from the top, salt and pepper. Fry in olive oil on both sides for 2 – 3 minutes each (depending on the thickness of the pieces) and then brush the incisions with a little basil pesto and fill with the drained, dried tomatoes.

Sprinkle with the grated parmesan and cover fully with the mozzarella slices. Now place the lid on the pan and continue frying until the cheese has melted.

After lifting out for the juices, melt a little butter in the drippings. Meanwhile, heat olive oil, add chopped garlic and spinach leaves and fry for about 4 minutes.

Place 1 prosciutto leaf on each of the preheated plates, top with spinach leaves and the chicken breasts, and lightly baste with the juices, finishing with freshly grated pepper.

Preparation Tip:

Satiates wonderfully even without a side dish and is therefore suitable for low carb.
