Instructions:

Mash the potatoes. Mix with egg, minced meat, salt and pepper to form a dough.

Lay out minced meat dough rectangularly (30x22cm) on a board rinsed with cold water.

Cut bacon very finely into cubes. Chop peeled onion, peeled apple and parsley. Mix with the egg. Spread evenly on the meat.

Roll up meat from the broad side. Shape like a roulade. Grease roasting pan with light butter. Pour in meat.

Put roasting pan into the heated stove. Roast meat for 40 minutes.

Electric stove: 225 degrees

Gas stove: level 4

This tastes good with it: Flower or Brussels sprouts, as well as green or mixed leaf salad (with Chinese cabbage), roast potatoes or almond croquettes.
