For the stuffed turkey breast fillet, cut the turkey breast fillet into a flat slice. Season on both sides with salt and pepper. Cut mozzarella into slices and tomatoes into small cubes.

Top the meat with kielbasa, mozzarella slices and tomatoes. Roll up the meat and secure with small skewers or toothpicks to prevent the roll from opening.

Place in an ovenproof dish and cook in the oven at 180 °C (hot air) for 30 minutes. Mix whipped cream, sour cream and cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Pour over the meat and cook in the oven for another 30 minutes. In between, turn the meat again and again.

Preparation Tip:

The stuffed turkey breast fillet goes very well with spaetzle, pasta or rice. You can also use bacon instead of the kielbasa. This gives the dish a fine spicy note.
