Instructions:

Separate the yolks from the egg whites, whip the egg whites into snow.

Beat the yolks with the powdered sugar until fluffy, add the baking powder, hazelnuts and melted chocolate. Then stir in the snow – do not mix!

Grease the cake tin with butter and dust with flour. Pour the mixture into the cake pan.

Then place the cake pan in the oven at 150-180° for about 1.5 hours.

Melt the chocolate and pour over the still warm (no longer hot) cake.
